  • This position exists to support the Sales, Marketing, and Applications Engineering functions by creating and maintaining systems andprocedures for product proposals and quotes as well as Sales/Marketing data management. In addition, will manage the order processthrough the company. Other duties, such as inside sales, may be required on, as and when need basis to support those areas notcovered by an outside Sales staff.

  • Establishes and maintain price lists, customer data base, and installed machine data base by working closely with Product / Segment Managers and Marketing Planning Manager.

  • Receive P/O from customers, process orders to internal Group branches, factories, suppliers. 
  • Follow up delivery schedule from suppliers. 
  • Follow up Service schedule, discuss with service members / customers to make sure AIDA's service schedule match with customer’s requirements. 
  • Collect and pass all related documents after parts are delivered or service jobs are completed to Account (coordinate with Logistics PIC) for VAT issuing and close jobs. 
  • Support company events: Service Seminar, Exhibition, in-house show, customer visit, etc... 
  • Keep good filing data in hard copy and soft copy.
